Sure...I'll do it.
57 year old from Pittsburgh. Air drumming experience only. No accent but I can say "Governor" convincingly. No Acting experience but I acted out a lot as a child. October doesn't really work for me. Can we film in the summer? My arthritis ya know. Happy to provide headshot where i rub my eye like that guy in the photo above.

I've got the genuine accent but I'm "slightly" too old.....
I could even go and stay at my sister's in Wallasey.
Lots of natural acting talent comes from Liverpool, so I'm sure I could hack it.
Drumming? Well my wife is always complaining about me keeping the beat to whatever I'm listening to on headphones.
So, overall, with the right low-lighting, hair dye and the right attitude, you never know?
