definately not
this is a absolutely pointless release, it's just money grabbing.
please let there be a london town and or back to the egg archive release.
Ditto...
If you don't have them... I guess this is ok, but then again, if you are reading this and are on this site, you have them and should agree - money grab from sick-o-fans!
Well John and George have GREAT box sets with AWESOME bonus material. So Sir Ego needs to throw out a box set too with NO bonus material......LOL, this from a guy who sits on a treasure trove of unheard recordings and only gives us crumbs or nothing or new songs that may or may not have his dentures in properly. The guy lost touch with what sells. Maybe he should donate his unreleased material to Giles Martin, there's a 50/50 that remasters will be ok, but at least someone will push Sir Ego to give some bonus material. NcCartney 3 alone has enough versions thrown out there to be in 'dollar bins' of the future for years.
McCartney is a great album for what it is; raw, unfinished (except MIM, that one's finished,) yet compelling tunes.
McCartney II; never liked that one. It tries too hard to be current.
McCartney III; no interest whatsoever.
I get the gimmick of this box set. PMC puts a lot more stock in this than I ever will.
I think the next logical step is for McCartney's band to release solo albums all on the same day. Just like Kiss. Complete with makeup. Who knows, one of their albums may even outsell Ace Frehley's.

All 3 albums have been remixed for Atmos.
Kind of a bigger deal than is being made here!
Are the Dolby Atmos Mixes part of the boxset as a physical disc, I.E. Real dolby Atmos mixes or that headphone monstrosity called spectral dolby atmos (or dolby atmos for headphones as they called it)??

Not part of the physical box, only on ATMOS supported streaming platforms.
And FWIW, the ATMOS for headphones sounds great to me!

and i respect that you like it... not my coup of tea, it will never beat the real thing (in the end is only simulated DA, my opinion of course, there are tastes for everything)...
