Yeah it’s rather meh at first glance. I’m hopeful PJs film will compliment instead of replicate this and in the end we will have high quality audio of both.

They're in the 4th Get Back mix, bootlegged numerous times.
Also, missing from the 4th Get Back mix, the 1970 Glyn Johns mix of For You Blue with the same vocal take than the final Let It Be version.
Phase one in which Doris gets her oats!

I think I’ll likely get the vinyl on this one as opposed to the CDs mostly for the Get Back LP.

It´s ok to me. I can´t think about Apple trying to release a new set and at the same time they worry about no repeat the tracks already released in some bootleg. Bootlegs are illegal and Apple is not obligged to limit their release only because we all have this illegal releases.
Please excuse my poor english.

The Glyn Johns mix of For You Blue is now available for streaming on Apple Music and I assume other streaming services like Spotify. I have only listened to it a couple of times, but to my ears it sounds better that any bootleg I have heard. I think they have used the master tape as their source. Still, this will be the first time I have not preordered one of the anniversary box sets. There is just not enough new material here to justify the expense, and I can listen to it for "free" by streaming it.

Re: Let It Be / Get Back 50 Anniversary
"You can't polish a turd". I've grown to appreciate Let It Be over the years - a lot of years, but all it ever was, was a half-hearted effort that the guys abandoned. Phil Spector, smothered it with the wall of sound and made it listenable for the masses. There are some very good songs on there but they're not the finished article and most sound worse with PS's ultra thick syrup layered on them. Glyn Johns had Rocker and Save The Last Dance For Me included in his mixes. They're terrible, knock-off versions. Talk about scraping the bottom the barrel. Paul's 'Teddy Boy' was on there too, thank Christ it was pulled along with the other two. It would make a terrific EP - Get Back, Two Of Us, Let It Be, The Long and Winding Road. I haven't included Across The Universe as that was pulled in to try and up the overall quality. Other than One After 909 none of the other songs have ever excited me. And maybe it is just me.

For You Blue inventory where I added notes, so I could identify them better -
These were the portions that Glyn Johns recorded onto his multitrack setup, but since not all have been released in that form, you have to go to the nagra sources to hear them. The 50th box will add more to that release list.

Re: Let It Be / Get Back 50 Anniversary
Does anybody knows what do they meant with the take numbers? I mean, "Get Back" takes 8 & 19 which ones are? I've got them with DDSI numbers, but not takes.
