Ted "Kingsize" Taylor the man tape Star Club recordings has died

Ted "Kingsize" Taylor has passed away at age 84 he know for recording The Beatles at Star Club
Ted all one first to have Cilla White (later Black) sing for his band King Size Taylor And The Dominos he like other acts went to Hamburg where he stay for a number of years

Thanks to bootleggers we have a few recordings of them at The Star Club from those 1962 sessions but Star Club 60s had own record label and recorded a lot there acts and the band put in few recordings

That's sad to hear. He had a great voice and was a key part of the Liverpool and Hamburg scene at the beginning.
