May I please be allowed to relate, restate, debate and reiterate a vision that came to me only recently? I have not yet read or listened to the Lewisohn Part 1: TUNE IN! Too much concision...like ALL OF IT! So, I would have only been furious that we're only to 1962!
I think this is a long overdue opportunity for Mark to remember that he is a fan more than an author or expert. His best work can only occur when he is plugged in. This is not a bunch of Beatles minutiae. This is the Emperor's Stash! This is ultra cool that Mark is able to remain connected to the esoteric trivia as well as historical brevity! As long as he is enjoying the work, then the results will be noticeably well-crafted. He doesn't need to split hairs that only he can see. Enjoy yourself, Mark. THEN, you will create greatness without the torturous side-effects. Thank you Mark Lewisohn!
