A Hard Day's Night - New - Dick James - Sample.

An auction house has a Dick James acetate of A Hard Day's Night for sale next week. [ Not my disc or anyone related]

The Wessex Auction Rooms has posted a sample on youtube, saying that it is an unreleased demo mix.

Does anyone recognize the count-in, and what do they think of the provenance?

Personally, I'm set squarely in the 'let the buyer be aware' camp.

My initial thoughts are:

Why would EMI have a Dick James Acetate
a 10" DJ disc
Label - Doesn't match four other AHDN 7" cuts
Double Telephone Number - suggest later disc may be a secondary label, over earlier.
........... after Title and Artist, have an alternate spacing
Typewriter font

Any thoughts good or bad appreciated.

Seems to be take 9, found in my collection in its original form as:

Take 9 has Paul saying "Go", then John's count-in and off they go.
