Warburton tape - Beatles rehearsals from news article 2004

Found this news article :

Vernon Warburton, found an old tape reel in his attic that supposedly contains rehearsal versions of She Loves You, You Really Got a Hold on Me, Roll Over Beethoven and more

Can anyone shed light if these were new discoveries ????

Probably a tape of BBC tracks!
