What (the heck) Is This?

i assumed i would find a topic something like this already existing but i could not locate one

i guess everyone else has nothing they cannot identify
i must work on my organization and identification label

i have had this disc for quite some time on a drive with no solid information
other than : Disc 3 (fanmade), i have to assume it is something from BZ back in the day but not certain

can anyone place what set this was to
it seems to make no sense to me as a disc as i can see no connection between the george tracks and a the john tracks

i am leaning toward this just being trash but i always stop just short of hitting the delete button

It looks like it's a part of Silent Sea's "Complete Home Recordings 1968-1969", which was released sometime in 2002.
