Thanks a lot.
i remember listening to Radio Luxembourg in the late 70's...AM, and the signal would drift in and out, meaning reception was intermittant at best from where i was listening in the Midlands

Me too....loved the DJs at the time. Tony Prince, Stuart Henry to name but two.

Lord Reith, you always exceed all expectations. Just when I think you cannot possibly give us any new material, you suddenly do. Fantastic. Thank you so much.

Ah yes I remember...."wobbly" signal, point the transistor in the right direction. Without looking it up 208KHz? Long time ago.

Thank you for this one.

Edit: I should have read further first. It was 208(MHz/KHz)

I used to live 6 Miles from the Germany/Lux Border, & 13 miles from the City

During 1983-1985, I use to phone them, when they had their English Sunday Night Radio broadcast

There was an FM Station, who did local stuff, of Luxembourg, they had a Afternoon English Service

AM before they did the English Service..

They broadcasted Italian stuff

Except Stuart Henry & Tony Prince, I met all the Local Lux DJ's, who were living in Luxembourg

Thank you for the Radio Lux, stuff

What I was told by the DJ's they archive everything..

That was in the early mid 80's
Huge Beatles Fan & collector Anything Beatles/Solo related,

which includes NEMS, Apple, Dark Horse, Ring'O, & MPL Labels

Beach Boys/Related, & The Byrds/CSNY/Related..& many other acts
