Performances originally recorded July 14, 1964 for BBC "Top Gear" and aired on July 16th. Excerpted here from a BBC Overseas transcription record from the series "Top Of The Pops." Issued 1978 on a 7" EP with replica Capitol promo labels and the fictitious Capitol catalogue number of P9431.

OHHHHHHH... I covet that original ep. I saw it on the wall in a record shop decades ago, and was ready to snap it up when the owner told me it wasn't for sale! Damn! It would have gone nicely alongside my Four By The Beatles (bootleg) ep.

LR, I used to have one of these EPs that I found in a shop in Toronto back when they were new. But it was stolen in 1979, along with the rest of my record collection.

The one person I know who has a copy recorded his for this project for me.
