I have a few copies of the whole set, each with his set of artwork. I'll compare samples from each and will copy the artwork that has the best definition.
To accompany the log files that will be created by EAC after ripping each CD, I will create FFP and MD5 files for each CD or volumes.
I'll create multiple permanent We Transfer links, probably 6 of them to accommodate the 38 volumes.

Well, this is exciting!
some recommendations:
press F9 to open the EAC options menu
Under the Extraction tab:
make sure "Delete leading and trailing silent blocks" is unchecked
make sure "Skip track extraction on read or sync errors" is unchecked
set "Extraction and compression priority" to High
Under Normalize tab:
make sure "Normalize" is unchecked
click OK
press F10 to open the drive options menu
Under the Extraction Method tab:
make sure to use "Secure Mode"
make sure "Drive has 'Accurate Stream' feature" is checked
make sure "Drive caches audio data" is checked
make sure "Drive is capable of retrieving C2 error information: is unchecked
Under the Drive tab:
click on "Autodetect read command now"
Under the Offset/Speed tab:
uncheck "Overread into Lead-in and Lead-Out"
click OK

In addition to masterjedi’s settings suggestions this tutorial would also be very helpful. Once I have all the correct settings dialed in it’s just manual labor after that.

That's the one. Foobar2000 wants compliant cue-sheets, so append gaps to next track instead may be a good idea. Other settings are in line with masterjedi's.
EDIT: I earlier mistakenly wrote the pdf tutorial overreads into lead-in and -out.
