eBay 2015 Acetates

Post by skynet »

Sometime around 2015, these acetates were sold on ebay, a copy of each acetate was provided in BZ around the same time, it contains interesting stuff as well as songs that sounds quite close if not they are the same as CVs, interesting enough are the ones from Revolver, unfortunately these were provided as MP3 at that time from whom i believe was the seller, but i cannot be sure, sharing them, as i think they will be interesting.

The date in the notes is wrong, but it's not from the 31st. It's from the 24th (DDSI 24.69). It was included in full on the first Get Back compilation and was edited for the Get Back LP.

Speaking of acetates.

Does anyone know about/have the LP acetates vol 3.
It supposedly has 3 acetates: Komm Gib... Rain, and Hello-Goodbye
that I have not seen/heard elsewhere.

There is however an interesting difference between the acetate version and the mix presented on the various Get Back compilations: The LP contains the false start with Johns underlying remarks mixed in for the first few bars, the acetate has the clean start.
