Some find the pops and crackles an endearing part of the vinyl experience, others myself included find them distracting so...

...this is my clean up of Track06's raw rip...

flac > wav > declick (reasonably gentle so the odd click remains) > top and tails cleaned and clunks at the end of sides edited out > gain applied > back to flac
