Thanks, this is what I have. Note there are multiple revisions and sources for each volume which I assume contain lot of duplication. Most people might only need the rev 3 and raw sources for each volume. I never kept any details from the BZ thread for this series.

I don't know that Volume 3 exists... if it does we'll have to locate and ask the person who created this collection to begin with.

I'm fairly certain Volume 3 never materialized in time.

Also I can confirm that the creator went by Kevin211 on BZ Forums. Hopefully he finds his way back.

Volume 3 certainly didn’t materialise sadly. Or if it was completed it was never shared at BZ. I got the feeling his enthusiasm for this project had waned somewhat and that life in general was starting to interfere. Sadly he hasn’t joined here to my knowledge and probably has no idea this board exists, so unless someone is able to contact him or BZ re emerges, I doubt we will here the rest of this fine series.
