Re: SFF Beatles Fanzine's Audio Issues [Phantom]
I had the flexi(yellow?) with the Beatles Meet The 3 Stooges.
I loved that song. I never knew that there were six flexis. I wonder if The Beatles met Eddie Haskell, or Eddie Munster...
Let's find out!
Sidebar----> Joe's magazine Strawberry Fields Forever had similar redemption value...there would be B-grade Beatles news, reviews, crossword puzzles, then from nowhere, pictures of Patti Boyd modeling a see-through bra when she was 19 or 20 years old. Wow! And, to exact the point...I've never seen those photos anywhere else. Ditto for Paul McCartney in a WRIGLEY's Gum wrapper outtake shots from HELP(showing Paul wearing fleshtone briefs) that must have been excised from the editing room floor. Now, how does an American Beatles fan become in possession of such a commodity? He did the Deccagone 7" series and the How Do You Do It/Revolution(LIVE) souvenir record. So, I would love to discover something as cool as the 3 Stooges track. Or Patti Boyd modrling something sheer and...
Hey Moe! Hey Moe!

Nyuck! Nyuck! Nyuck!
Thank you, Curly Pope(R.I.P.)!

Thank you so much! I've been on a kick to learn more about Joe Pope's exploits, and am always curious to hear how he and his work was received by people back in the day.
