For now, after one more kind share by Phil_Lip, the only missing titles left to find:

• MCP-036 Celluloid Heroes (dvd, not mpg files)

• MCP-128 Ron Nasty - Out Of Me F*ing Head 11.9.2003

plus maybe earlier issues of some titles, e.g. MCP-117 was Back To The Egg & Tug Of War, but the newest reissue-2015 shared is just Back To The Egg. There are several examples.

p.s.2 And I still wonder, why 043 All You Need Is Love has '2 discs' in the name (in many sources), while it really has one.
