On the HMC DVD the image for Thank Your Lucky Stars late '64 has excellent quality and I also don't know why it's a little dark. Maybe one day someone can improve the quality of this film that is on the HMC DVD. It's really dark, not just a little. I think someone had tried to improve the quality.

Thanks guys. It very nearly didn't happen. The tape was labelled "Beatles Palladium" and then when the guy played it it turned out to be the RVP, so for a few days it was like "Oh damn, what a shame" until it suddenly occurred to me that it might be a line recording of the tv br...
