Star Club - Peter Jackson/MAL mix
First US Visit - expanded and restored by PJ
Anthology - ditto for the TV show, accompanied by 'restored' FAAB and Real Love audio.
Back To The Egg SDE

But I don't really expect to see any of them.

Re: Revival69

Hi All, happy new year. I've just finished watching this film, and if you haven't seen it yet, it's well worth a viewing. Much more background stories of the event, and video I've not seen before from the day. It doesn't include the full Lennon segment of the show, but you've already seen and heard...

Re: Have you ever met a Beatle or a Beatle kid? Please share your experiences!

'Met' is probably pushing it but: - I 'met' Paul in 2008 when he did a Fireman signing at the HMV shop on Oxford Street. Queued up for a few hours with a copy of the LP I'd had to buy earlier in the week, shook his hand, he signed it, was utterly charming and I was utterly tongue tied. I hope I said...

Re: Ken Womack’s book on Mal Evans

I'm almost halfway through - and I would wholeheartedly recommend it as there's a lot of new information, witnesses and context. There's great insight into what went on on tour that I don't recall reading before (only a handful of people could possibly give the testimony), both from the perspective ...

Re: Counting down!!! (2 days to go)

You guys that work with audio, and audio extraction, does that new extracted full-bodied fidelity Lennon vocal seem truly real and possible from the original demo cassette? I'm suspicious there isn't something more than that going on here -- it sounds a bit too good to be true from how they are cla...

Re: Now And Then (merged threads)

If you look at ads for watches and clocks it's likely the hands will be set in the 10 to 2 position. It's considered more attractive to the eye - I think that might be all there is to the placement of the hands on Now & Then. But who knows? I think there's a lot of hidden meaning in both sides ...
