I've been trying to get some interest going on this for years. There's seems to be zero interest in digitizing and sharing 8 track albums. In the interest of historical accuracy...

WIBG, known as "Wibbage" was an AM station in Philadelphia in 1964 at 990. Wibbage's FM signal didn't exist until 2009. In this case, "Pre-FM" would be about 45 years "Pre". Great sound, though!

Just to second what Lon Chaney III has shared, I have used newsleecher and giganews for years with great results. Like any new system, it takes a little use to understand, but once you get the hang of it, it's great.
