$150??? For a book??? Does it even mention The Complete Beatles Anchovies Vol. 1 ? So anyway, by my recollection, TMQ aka TMOQ was founded and run by two guys named "Dub" Taylor and Ken Douglas with illustrative contributions from Ken Stout. Ken Stout? I think the name is William Stout.
