In audacity, I think you actually have to dither it first when exporting to mono, import that again, duplicate the track, turn dithering off, export again.

Way cool - thanks to all involved!

LR, you might want to keep in mind to dither the mono track before exporting to stereo so the export stores two identical tracks. You have stereo dithering noise which boosts the file size a bit for no good reason.

I noticed a lot of unique audio from the McCartney 1...2...3... set that hasn't been used for this project. Or am I possibly missing something? Unique as in unique mix, or unique performance? Actually, frameratetest.bik has 36 MB and 10 channels! Lemme rip that... ;) Meh, it's Helter Skelter, apparently a carbon copy of its standard BIK. I call BS on R&R Music being the frame rate test. Maybe the PS3 version has a different frame rate test, though. Well, I was hoping for new stuff.....

Nothing for the current volume, but I just found a new patch that extends the 'DPMB' / HCTS take 2 snippet by 2 more seconds! :mrgreen:
