Hmm … I downloaded this last link, but I downloaded 177 items, but 147 items couldn't be downloaded … Isn't this a problem?

I can't seem to download the tagged version (9.1 GB) … I get to around 8.0 GB downloaded, and I get a “Failed – Needs authorization” error … I've tried this for the past 5 days, and I'm no closer than when I started … Any help downloading this would be greatly appreciated!
