Doesn't the source file you used have an original creation date maybe that could pin its origin down.

Given the dvds are copies from other labels it wouldn't surprise me if the CDs were borrowed from elsewhere. All which suggest it's another BFB-Rapple sub label release.

It should be noted that BFB/Rappe for this release borrowed (a habit they have) the entire Purple Chick release for the cds and Capitol/Fabs dvd 1968 A Mad Day Out (2004)
