Well, at least in Germany, to my knowledge DMM editions were released in 1986. From now on, also the UK cover artwork was used for German LPs. (Up to this point some German covers had slightly different front cover artwork, for example WTB, AHDN, BFS, Help!) Afaik, DMM vinyls were first released in...

Yes, me too.
Well, I've made templates with the right size (front, back, inlay) in MS Word.
Then I inserted the artwork and stretched it so that it will fit into the templates.
Done.
