Re: Beatles - Ready Steady Go / Around the Beatles 8mm (COMPLETE)

Getty have loads of good footage but their prices are completely insane. Maybe a media company might afford a 10 second clip but surely the vast bulk of it just sits in their posh headquarters doing nothing. Whenever I see Beatles footage on tv it's taken from youtube!

LR - what strikes you as them being unpleasant? - this reads like 4 young blokes who've had a few drinks and are just riffing off each other the way good friends do. Mind you, Jayne Mansfield might not have enjoyed reading it and the casual homophobia (from the interviewer as much as anyone) looks ...

Re: Why does video color look right on my PC but not my TV?

You're using the h265 video codec did you realise that? That is a very recent codec that may not be compatible with older devices.

Try using h264 instead.

Re: New Audio?

Thanks for the heads up. Hopefully more people will upload their off air tapes to youtube instead of dropping them into black hole archive organisations.

The full audience free recording of ATB is on Yellow Dog's Ultimate Collection box set.

Looks as though Getty was the winning bidder?
