Re: Michael Lindsay-Hogg's 'Let It Be' is coming!

Because Ektachrome was the de facto standard for cheap for-tv filming, eg what a mobile crew would use to gather film for the 9 o’clock news... People keep approaching this (and LIB as I pointed out earlier) from a movie perspective while we’re talking two for-tv productions that only later were re...

Re: Another guitar in another attic🫣

I wish they could find my first guitar.

I lent it to a girl some 35 years ago, never saw it again.

Re: What do you consider to be the best Beatles audio/video interview?

The most frank interview they ever did was with Playboy but I don't think there's any audio of it. And it doesn't particularly reveal them as very nice people.

Re: Why does video color look right on my PC but not my TV?

You're using the h265 video codec did you realise that? That is a very recent codec that may not be compatible with older devices.

Re: Beatles - Ready Steady Go / Around the Beatles 8mm (COMPLETE)

Great work. I suppose this is the best outcome for us in that instead of a private collector just hiding it away forever, he has chosen to sell clips of it to make his money back. I can live with the getty watermark if the alternative is a blank screen...

Re: HOW DO YOU PRINT CD AND DVD COVERS

More than that, how do you get them to actually look like real covers without spending a bazillion dollars on a laser printer and ink? All my home made covers over the years have looked like crap.

Yep, this is the winning answer. No sign in, 30 days, 50gb and hosted in Switzerland. Ticks all the right boxes.

Goodbye Wetransfer!
