Re: Changes to Wetransfer

I think the only difference is that the downloads will be limited to 100. If you're the 100th person to click on the link then you'll get a download. If you're 101st, then it will likely say 'link expired'. There'll be the 3 day expiry too though. Sounds like you'll need a free account to change it...

Re: Changes to Wetransfer

I've never had a plan. I just go there and upload, are they getting rid of that? The only reason I use it is for the convenience. If you have to sign in now there's no point.

This is great stuff but I lost the will to live on about the 10th download. Can somebody please just upload the whole set as a zip please?

Re: Harry And His Box Set (V1, 2, 7, 10, 12, 15, 14 update.)

Dear Lord Reith - Really enjoyed this set so much. I spent the past weekend going through some of the additions since the 24 volume release and just can't believe how much work / time you must have put in to make this version possible - thanks again! That's great, I'm glad you are enjoying it. Ques...

Re: Birth Of The Beatles 2024 Definitive Edition

Thanks for doing this but shouldn't it be slowed down by 4% not 2% ? It would have been shot at 24 fps but the BBC played it at 25fps so ideally one should slow it down to 23.976fps.

Re: Michael Lindsay-Hogg's 'Let It Be' is coming!

Yeah, at this point I think that the overdocumentation of January 1969 has become a rabbit hole. Sometimes I imagine how cool it would be if there was something like Get Back but about, say, the Revolver sessions or the She Loves You / With The Beatles / I Want To Hold Your Hand sessions (seriously...

Re: Michael Lindsay-Hogg's 'Let It Be' is coming!

Apple lost the negative to MMT so what they released in 2012 was a print and thus had faded colors. There was no negatives for MMT as it was shot with a special type of Kodak film the name of which escapes me but the film in the camera literally becomes the positive. But the MMT bluray is an abomin...

Re: Two Virgins

The first 200 copies of said TV SDE shall include an Odorama version of Self Portrait, with gimmick scratch-n-sniff cards prepared in the same manner as for the multi-nominated feature, Polyester. Twenty cards per box set. And a lock of someone’s nether hair. Could be anyone. That’s part of the bar...
