Re: Ringo´s "February sky" out today!
Finally found the "Crooked Boy" EP on a torrent site and gave it a couple listens. By far, not Ringo's best songs. I think he's trying too hard, but I do like "Gonna Need Someone". Really don't think the other three tunes suit him very well, yet he still sounds better than Paul. ...

Re: What's the next? New BBC stuff or BFS Deluxe?
I don't think the early Beatles are any less popular in fact I think people generally like many of the early songs better simply because they had more relatable lyrics. I mean, so many post 1966 Beatles songs are about animals or just nothing at all. The hippies loved it but there's nothing for peo...

Re: Most Underrated Beatleg?
More guilty pleasure than anything... the cover alone was worth the price of admission... plus I think it was the first true outtake I heard beyond any "Get Back" material or solo stuff.

Re: Sir Paul and Swift at Super Bowl
No offense... but - who cares?
The game was good, but all the "Swifty" crap never lit my fire and Sir Paul's visit doesn't dry out my matches....
Now, if Ringo was there...........

Re: Looking for every Beatle Howard Stern interview
143! Is that every single Stern show....? I believe this is every show more or less. The guys at STERUNIVERSE are pretty good. Anyway, after a bit of investigation, Ringo's first appearance was August 01, 2000 or 2001 when Vinny gave him the Beatle quiz. Paul's first was sometime in October 2001 as...

Re: Looking for every Beatle Howard Stern interview
All the Stern shows. If you know when a Beatle or related was on - go find it. I used to love Stern, but he lost me around 2010 when he became politically correct, Last couple times I tried to listen, I couldn't.. I mean I would never believe Stern would even consider interviewing Barbara Streisand,...

Re: Red & Blue Albums
Also, I love reading on here the comparisons between the old and new versions, mainly because I'm going deaf. Like probably 70% of the guys on SHF. They list their equipment... but what they don't list is whether they can still hear anything above 10khz. I think you two have nailed it for me....
