Re: Is This Real? Any More Info Would be Nice To Have

From Wogew's Blog August 2014: A recording from one of The Beatles’ performances at Johanneshovs Isstadion, Stockholm, Sweden suddenly materialised out of nowhere the other day, and started circulating among collectors. Re: Harry And His Court Jesters

Wow! This is a far cry from the original "By Royal Command" EP from decades ago.....
I still remember how excited I was back then, actually hearing the 'rattle your jewelry' comment for the first time.
It's nearly as exciting to finally have it with this clarity - Thanks much!

Re: Harry And His Box Set (V1, 2, 7, 10, 12, 15, 14 update.)

I have a question about From Us To You #3, broadcast on May 18, 1964. Somewhere I have a version of that show that includes performances by Dusty Springfield, Manfred Mann, The Breakaways, Lulu and records by Alan Sherman, Chuck Berry etc. But looking at the playlist for Harry And His Box Set 13 I ...

Re: What's the next? New BBC stuff or BFS Deluxe?

Oddly enough, Walrus would likely be the first song I would play to a Beatles newbie....
It is an amazing snapshot of a profound moment in pop culture,
and it's also a song so deeply imprinted in my DNA that I cannot help but enthuse over it.
