Off the top of your head, what other albums are badly out of sync that that process can improve? If it was recorded a long time ago, on tape, chances are that the deck that transferred it to digital was not aligned to the same place as the deck that recorded the tape. The people at Adobe built a tool just for that purpose. It uses math to bring out-of-phase tape transfers into perfect phase. I hope those people got a raise!
