Re: You Know What To Do (1965 Version)
After several careful listens, I noticed what is missing on this that'd make it sound perfect as a 1965 Beatles track. Paul's strong bass lines. If someone could take Paul's bassline from Help's verses for this song's verses, and a similar descending bass from Help as the middle, this would be a per...

Re: Yellow Matter Custard (stereo)
I should add that I now like Glad All Over, but the really good version is the one they did for Saturday Club. I've often wondered how these 14 songs were chosen, and why there was never a sequel with tracks like Ooh My Soul. Just another Beatleg mystery I guess. The old vinyl bootlegs EMI Outtakes...

Re: Now And Then - Penn Jillette Has Heard It
There is a Disney Pixar 'The Beatles' cgi movie in the works for next year. Now and Then was requested to be postponed so a cgi video could be made to promote the film. the complaints of a 'too soon after 2019 reissue of the red and blue sets since too many stores still have them on the shelves mean...

Re: Expanded album images
Thought this was quite cool. The guy has made his results available to download - suitable for "expanded" album collections, perhaps. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uNp0ShDVGFQ&ab_channel=clynaack Playground AI is free and in the canvas section you can outpaint and resize and the AI ...

Re: Mystery Apple Reel
please don't start this again. please. Not starting really. Just added a bit of sarcasm. Overall was just being helpful. Someone was on Charles Reinhart's Breakfast With The Beatles or Beatles Brunch, which ever of the two he was doing around the time and mentioned the military reels and discs made...

Re: Mystery Apple Reel
Not sure but ebay had a 1070 or 71 Apple EMI reel just like that but had half the military stamp on it. That had commercial versions of songs between portions of 1968 and 1969 christmas messages with Rudolph the red nosed ringo at the end fade out. It had a white card with contents inside the case. ...

Re: Mystery Apple Reel
They'd make those each year like the fan club christmas records, except they'd add songs - they were for EMI to distribute to military bases, the material was just re edited christmas messages, nothing new as far as audio. You'd call it 'fake'

Re: New Unbootlegged Beatles 1968 sessions
It was on a reel to reel that had Revolution - I Will - Blackbird - Jam - Sexy Sadie. --Everything on the reels besides those portions were on the monitor tapes and Down in Havana. The jam is another fragment of the jam at the end of the I Will, but I don't think the reel was the same source, I copie...

Re: New Unbootlegged Beatles 1968 sessions
It's the music that is unbootlegged. It's unheard portions from the Blackbird / I Will sessions.

New Unbootlegged Beatles 1968 sessions
Since One Drive almost killed my computer, I decided to edit footage and post on YouTube some rare 1968 outtakes
