I've found with most links over many years these Google links will give you the message if you're using a pc or laptop browser BUT if you download it with your phone/tablet (Android) this does not occur and can be easily downloaded. I've only ever downloaded with my pc and chrome and had zero issues.

I've heard a lot of people have issues with gdrive and things like jdownloader.
I attempted to DL again and it started fine. might be a size issue since it is 15gb
