Re: Yoko to receive award

On the other hand, she did nick George's biscuits though :o

Re: Changes to Wetransfer
I think the only difference is that the downloads will be limited to 100. If you're the 100th person to click on the link then you'll get a download. If you're 101st, then it will likely say 'link expired'.

Re: What is it that keeps your interest in The Beatles alive?
Multitracks. I've been a Beatles fan since the early 70's and thought I'd seen, heard and read everything. There was certainly a lull in all things Beatles and then the internet happened. And then Rockband and other multitracks started to appear. I remember the first time I heard the Sgt Pepper mult...

Re: HAPPY EASTER
The Cadbury Egg incident was a real occurrence https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-lincolnshire-68673505 But, as explained in the article, the 'Gesture Egg' was a promotion by a single franchised Cadbury outlet, independent of Cadbury/Mondelez Mondelez International, which owns Cadbury, said it ha...

Re: Birth Of The Beatles, European and US Cuts?
A European version exists, and is a different cut from the American version. The following changes were made to the European version: • The prologue, which includes John saying that he wants to see Mickey Mouse is omitted. • The opening theme song is "My Bonnie" instead of "She Loves...

Salisbury Plain clip
This was on TV tonight on an archive clips type programme. A 4 minute clip including Colston Hall concert (no Beatles content) and followed by Salisbury Plain amateur footage, in colour. This looks better than some versions I've seen on Youtube but don't know if there's any better source out there. ...
