You're going to want Yeah! Yeah Yeah! The Beatles In New York too - this is what the Maysles were originally commissioned to make for Granada in the UK. This has that film, which is 35 minutes long here, followed by 1964 Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!, a 25 minute ITV broadcast from 2004 - I wonder if the 2 wer...

Re: TRIVIA Revolution In Pink
Excerpt from Record Collector Dec 2024 I always read Record Collector, it's the best music mag in the UK. Some may remember that Record Collector was launched and incorporated into the reprinted 'Beatles Monthly' series of the late 70's/early 80's. For a year or so the two were combined into one ma...

Ken Dodd was a fellow scouser and I'm sure both parties enjoyed the encounter.

Here you go. To insert an image, enter your text and then click on the box that looks like a mountain (9th icon along) and insert the location of the image, such as an image sharing website 'imgur.com' etc. This should look something like this in the post, except it will be https, not hxxps (to avoi...

The 'Tomorrow Never Knows' sessions. I'm sure they didn't realise it at the time but talk about pushing the boundaries !!!! The music world was never the same after this.

Re: Need some help with White Album pressing.
Being a top loader with black sleeves and a very low number (0001256) you are looking at a valuable first pressing. How much did you pay for it ? Either that, or it's a counterfeit. The fact that "The Beatles" is printed rather than embossed makes me rather suspicious.

Re: Notes
Yes, I have the white vinyl which is a Capitol (US) pressing. I always preferred UK or German pressings but I'm not sure if there was a UK white vinyl version. https://www.discogs.com/release/6125715-The-Beatles-The-Beatles I also have the Red & Blue vinyl LP's (UK). According to Discogs, I'll b...
Re: Notes
I've always loved the Beatles Love Songs colored vinyl. One which I haven't added to my collection yet. Always on the hunt tho. Nice collection! I have the Love Songs yellow vinyl LP which I bought back in '77. I don't know why but it's my favourite album of them all. Not just for the music but for...
