The quality was not any better then the normal Ed Sullivan sources, not worth the 10gb in my view.

Although I appreciated this new transfer, it seems like too many liberties were taken on this historical document. Did anyone notice all the sound differences? For instance, when John first sings "Don't Let Me Down", it don't sound like a loud shout anymore like in the original version......

Thanks for this but don't get rid of your old version. The one I have is 17:14, this one is 15:52. Missing is some of the introduction and a section at the end where the Beatles come back on and receive their awards. John gets one on his own (but the actual annoucement for what it's for is missing)...
