Thanks Colman for helping out. I would agree with AlphaBeatles, the remaining tracks were likely Stereo. In fact some titles with respect to certain songs do show (Stereo) in the title.
If you have a way to rip the remainder to Stereo or other FLAC please count me in. I tried and failed.

Yes the Strays helped - thanks - only 2 are missing from the first disc and that is both versions of Love Me Do (LP + Single)
