Well they did use quite some noise filtering, also the colours tend to be more like Get Back, skins are more yellow than bleak (John also looks slightly less unhealthy in the LIB performance :P ). But at least it's not as boosted, especially noticeable in the Apple studio parts where the carpet has ...

Try with a different tv, like by putting it on a usb stick and put that in the other tv. If it looks fine there too, it has to be the tv. If it looks just as rosacea faced it’s the file. Which I would reckon as less likely.

Look at the SID codes, if they match other releases then they used the same digital masters.

Apple lost the negative to MMT so what they released in 2012 was a print and thus had faded colors. Of course, but faded prints aren't an irregular occurrence for restored movies and they seldom look like how MMT looks. It seems they went with a less than optimal restoration company, same for Penny...
