I'm a bit torn on gender-correcting lyrics. Sometimes it annoys me a bit - like changing Message to Michael to Message to Martha. At other times I can see it - can't imagine the Beatles singing 'from my boyfriend so far away' in Please Mr Postman. I guess case by case...

No, that's Tony Richmond, a senior member of the film crew.

That's her, yes. Ken is closer to the camera, in a white raincoat. You can see him in the rooftop footage. He also goes down to the basement for the playbacks afterwards.

I made an outline of a CD insert with just straight edges. By trial and error I worked out what the right size would be.

Now, I just get that template up and paste the artwork in, re-sizing it to touch the lines, and then it will print out the right size.
