That's the key right there. Nearly every remix so far has been done this way; with reference to the original.

I saw this on the SDE website. It looks exactly like something that has been properly curated. The Dylan LIVE set from 1974, The Police Synchronicity set, and Neil Young's Archives also look good. It's a shame that Apple not only drops the ball, but wings it down the sewer.
